1. Subscription service
A paid VoraWrite subscription provides access to the features, capacity, and service level associated with the selected plan.
2. Billing
Charges, billing frequency, taxes, and renewal terms must be presented to the customer before purchase through the production payment flow.
3. Renewal and cancellation
Recurring subscriptions renew according to the billing terms shown at purchase unless canceled in accordance with the applicable service controls and law.
4. Changes to plans
Material changes to price or subscription scope should be communicated before they become effective where required by applicable law or contract.
5. Access
Successful payment alone does not authorize access until the VoraWrite backend verifies the transaction and provisions the corresponding account entitlement.

This Subscription Agreement supplements the VoraWrite Terms of Use and Privacy Notice.
